Tables of London is run by Anna. This notice explains what we hold about you and why. Questions go to Anna by replying to any email from us.

What we hold

If you join the letter, your email address and the date you confirmed it. If you are invited to an event, your name, your email address, your reply, and anything you tell us about what you do not eat.

Why we hold it

To send the letter you asked for, on the basis of your consent, and to run the events you are invited to. Dietary notes are used only to cook for you, with your consent, and you can clear them from your invitation at any time.

Photos

We may share photos from our gatherings on this site. If you would rather not appear in one, tell Anna and it will be removed.

Reviews

Guests can leave an anonymous review. We keep the words and the date, but not who wrote them, so once approved a review appears as “A guest”. Please avoid including anything that identifies you.

Who sees it

Anna, and the companies that host this site and deliver its email, who act only on our instructions. We never sell your details or share them with other guests.

How long we keep it

Letter details until you unsubscribe. Event details for as long as is useful to host you again, and no longer than two years after your last invitation.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
